My photos are all in different places. Can I use them to make prints and gifts?

On Target Photo, you can upload your pics from a computer or device to make prints and personalized items.

 

What file types/formats do you accept?

We accept files in these formats - .jpg, .jpeg, .png.

 

What is the maximum file size limit for the images I upload?

100 MB. This ensures error-free, faster uploads.

 

What is the image size and resolution you recommend for getting great prints and personalized photo products?

We recommend that your image resolution be at least 200 DPI (the higher the better) to ensure your products are of the highest quality. We typically process orders at 300 DPI. Also, please keep in mind the pixel requirement - you can determine the resolution for your image by multiplying the number of pixels per inch by the size of the image that you would like to have printed. Let's say, you want to print an 8X10 picture at 300 DPI, for example. The ideal pixel requirement for this print would be (8x300) x (10x300), that is, 2400x3000, to make a really good quality 8x10 print.

Occasionally, you may see a low resolution error message if your image does not meet the minimum pixel requirements to provide you with high quality print results. The original image may have been shot at a low DPI or has been cropped to a much lower image dimension than that of the product you selected. Try selecting another image with a higher resolution for your personalized product and if you still have problems, please contact us.

 

Can I use Target Photo for storing my photos?

When you create an account with Target Photo, the photos you upload and the projects you save are stored to enable you to come back and finish your projects. But, we recommend you complete your projects soon because creating personalized gifts, canvas prints, photo books and other items is a far more creative and memorable way to preserve and share photos. Your photos will not be stored indefinitely by Target Photo, so please be sure to save them elsewhere for long term use.

 

What is your return policy on personalized products?

We do our very best to ensure that you are thoroughly delighted with your prints and personalized items. If for any reason, you wish to return your product, please contact customer care.

Payment for all products is required to be made in full in advance. All items purchased on and shipped by Target Photo are subject to a shipment contract under which the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to our shipping carrier.

 

I uploaded my photos and chose a product, but am unable to proceed to check out. What do I do?

We’re sorry you’re having trouble placing your order and thanks for your patience. We assume you have tried creating your product a few times to ensure it’s not an internet connectivity issue and are still unable to proceed. Please have the following info handy when contacting customer care so we can help you as quickly as possible:

1. When the error occurred, what type of personalized product were you trying to create?
2. What was the URL in your browser's address line when the error occurred?
3. What operating system is installed on your computer?
4. What browser and version do you use?

This will help us in identifying and resolving the issue sooner.

 

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Our printing process is pretty much automated - so once your order is in the system, we can’t really go in and make changes to it if it has been processed. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we can cancel the order so that you will not be charged. You can then place a new order with the edits you want to make. So, please contact us with your order number and we can tell you if your order has been processed.

 

When will I receive my items?

We make most personalized products within 2-4 business days, a few products such as canvas, jewelry, photo books, and pillows may take 5 business days. Your items should be ready for shipping within 5 business days at the most. How quickly you get your items will depend on which shipping method you chose and the address you want to ship them to. See our shipping section below for more info on shipping times.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are normally delivered within 14 business days (not including weekends).

 

Where is my order? I still haven’t received it.

If you placed your order two days ago or earlier, then most likely it’s already on its way. You should receive it within 14 business days depending on your destination and the shipping method you opted for. You can track your order from My Account-->My orders on our website. Alternatively, just call or email us and we will track it for you - if this is available for the shipping method you chose.

 

I received the wrong product. What do I do now?

First of all, we’re sorry about the mix-up. Your total satisfaction is important to us and we will do everything we can to fix this quickly. Please contact customer care and allow us to make this right.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Please call or email us if you want to cancel an order. If it has not been processed yet, we will cancel it for you. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

 

I have a promotional code. How do I use it?

When you’re checking out, you will see a box under the Order Summary with the words Coupon Code or Apply Code next to it. Enter your promotional code in the box and click the Apply Code button.

 

 

I forgot my password/ I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?

No worries! If you're having trouble logging in, it could be due to one of these two reasons:

You forgot your password. In this case, just click on the 'Forgot Password' link in the Sign In area and enter the email address you normally use for this account. You password will be reset and emailed to you. You can then create a new password. Just be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see this email in your inbox within a few minutes. Please note that your password may be case sensitive, so every time you log in, be sure to type it in exactly as you created it.

You logged in with your Target.com account Your Target Photo account is separate from your Target.com account, so please be sure to check your log in details before signing in again.

 

Can I edit my shipping address online?

Please contact us to update your shipping address.

 

Can I update my email address online?

Yes. Log in. Then, click on the My Account tab. Under Personal Information, update your email address. Please note that this email id is only used for contacting you and will not update your log in email.

 

Can I update my credit card information online?

We do not store your credit card information. You will have to provide it at the time of ordering each time.

 

 

What shipping options do you offer?

Canvas, jewelry, photo books, and pillows ship within 5 business days.
All other products ship within 2-4 business days.

We offer the following shipping options, which include processing time:

Economy Shipping: 8-10 business days (Not Trackable)
Express Shipping: 5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 4 business days
Rush Shipping: 3 business days

Domestic shipping time estimates apply to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories may take additional time to ship.

We strive to ensure all orders ship on time and appreciate your patience while your order is on its way. Shipping delays encountered once the item is with the delivery carrier are out of our control. Shipping times are estimates only, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at this time. Refunds will not be granted for orders delivered past the estimated delivery date.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

We calculate shipping costs based on the destination, physical size of the order, quantity of items in the order and shipping method chosen. To find out the shipping cost of your order, please upload a test image and add the number of items you think you might order to your cart and click "proceed with order." Once you get to the next page, you will see the shipping total for each option that we offer to the destination currently selected as your "ship to" address.

 

 

How do I order prints of my photos?

• Click on the Prints tab on top. On this page, click 'Get Started'.

• Select the print size from the drop down.

• Choose the photos you want to print in that size.

• Update the number of prints for each photo.

• Repeat for other print sizes and photos you want to print.

 

 

I received a notification from you saying that my images were copyrighted. What is your policy on copyrighted material?

This means that one or more of the photos you submitted for processing are copyrighted by another company or person, and are protected from reproduction. If you are the copyright holder for this content, please be sure to let us know immediately so that we can send the proper release forms to show your ownership or the permission you have received from the owner for reproduction. Please note that you may be charged for this order since the item had to be printed to determine the copyright.

 

 

What kind of canvas products do you offer?

There are two great ways to put your photos on canvas and they both come in a range of sizes -

Gallery Wrapped Canvas: Our canvas is finished with a waterproof coating and stretched on 1 3/8" gallery bars. It arrives ready to hang right out of the box. No frames or hardware to distract from your photo.

Framed Canvas: Our unique framed canvas is front loaded into the frame to create a beautiful display. A very popular and classy way to display your pictures. Black and chocolate frames available.

 

What other home décor products do you offer?

You can choose from mounted prints, framed prints, wall decals, photo panels, framed posters and photo calendars among other products. Even products like coffee table photo books and coasters can add personality to your space.

 

 

How do I order photo gifts?

Go to the page that features the photo gift you want to create.

• Use the drop down to choose your options, wherever available.

• Click on Get Started.

• Add your photos and choose a design template for your gift.

• For gifts like photo coasters and photo calendars, you can add multiple photos.

• Click on Preview to see what your photo gift will look like.

• Then, add it to your cart.

• Price is not mentioned anywhere in your order, so create photo gifts for your friends and family with confidence.

 

Can you suggest gift ideas for kids and other family members?

Selecting gifts can be a lot of fun when you go the personalized route. Our easy to use personalization tool and catalog of gifts makes your choice easier. Take a few minutes to browse our personalized store and find the right gifts. Some of our recommendations include:

How do I place an order for multiple personalized items?

It's a great idea to create matching or coordinated personalized gifts for your relatives or baby shower guests in one shot. To place a multiple quantity order, you simply have to update the quantity for the corresponding product in your shopping cart just before you check out. This way you can create more than one gift of the same type with the same picture. If you would like to create multiple gifts, but each with a different photo, simply go back and create them as individual orders and add them to your cart.

We offer single sided Felt paper cards. Ultra bright white Felt(100# cover stock) has a textured feel to it and has a more traditional appeal.
